They may ask some simple questions so we can check that you get the most suitable advice or product. They might suggest you speak to the pharmacist before buying anything. We have a wide range of well-known pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products that you can buy over the counter, from cold and flu remedies to perfumery and general household accessories.

Hitesh has 37 years of experience as a pharmacist and has been practising in Hendon for over 32 years. He can help with medical and pharmaceutical matters and provide more specific advice on the Kashrut aspects of all medicines, year-round and on Pesach.

Mrs Jaymini Wader MPharm

Jaymini joined our pharmacy team in May 2020 as the new responsible pharmacist at H.C. Heard. Jaymini has attained a 1st class honours degree from the University of Hertfordshire and has several years of experience in community pharmacy.

Claude is a valued member of staff and has been with Heard Pharmacy for over 14 years. Claude has successfully passed his medical counter assistant training and can advise patients on minor ailments such as seasonal hay fever, flu, and pain management.
